Up for auction is an extremely rare 1980's Arabia Finland, Andreas Alariesto decanter .
The picture on the front of the decanter displays men at their stills in the woods.
The artist's writing appears on the second side of decanter as follows: 'Ennen tuotiin viina metsasta ja emanta lahinaapurista. A. Alariesto.' Loose translation: 'We used to fetch our liquor from the woods and our wifes from one of the neighboring houses - A. Alariesto'
Height of the decanter: 9-1/2" (24.5 cm), Width of the decanter: 5-1/4" (14 cm)

Bottom markings: A crown, Arabia Finland. The production mark was used from 1982 onward.

De ontwerper is Andreas Alariesto (1900 - 1989)
