This CD is part of a limited 5-disc digipack release that bundles all available SOUNDBOARDS from the last week of the 1970 tour with an Elvis in better shape than when he started this tour. The first shows from this August engagement were shot by MGM for the legendary "That's The Way It Is" motion picture, and recorded by the record company for the release of the soundtrack. The recordings featured here were recorded right after the MGM crew had left. Elvis is in a good mood and seems to be very relaxed. This is Elvis at his best: raw, rebellious and at the peak of his powers.
