Are you looking for a nice place to stay in Eindhoven? I am looking for a roommate! I have a cozy studio available on the attic floor of my house, perfect for someone who is temporarily in the city for work or an internship.

What you get:
• Private space: A fully furnished room of 16m² with a comfortable bed, sofa, dining table with chairs, and a wardrobe.
• Your own kitchen: Your own kitchen in the hallway, equipped with an induction stove, combi oven, and a fridge with freezer. A basis set of dishes and cooking utensils are provided.
• Shared bathroom: A shared bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and double sink on the first floor. There is also an extra toilet on the ground floor.
• Laundry facilities: We share the washing machine, which is located in the hallway.
• Bike parking: There is a shed where you can store your bike.

About the House:
The house is new and equipped with modern comforts, like underfloor heating in the winter and floor cooling in the summer. The location is perfect: close to Woenselse Markt, with various shops within walking distance, and the central station is just a 5-minute bike ride away. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant to live in.

Cost:
The rent is €750,-per month, including all utilities (internet, energy, water, taxes).

I’m a 35-year-old woman working as a designer for a university. I graduated in Industrial Design at TU/e and enjoy cooking and gardening.

Who am I looking for?
A friendly, quiet, non-smoking and tidy female housemate who appreciates living in a cozy and well-maintained home.
