Refurbished PGO 50cc engine for G-Max, Hot50,

New Parts:

• OEM 50cc cylinder kit with used cylinder head
• Needle bearing
• Athena drive belt
• 2x NTN crankshaft bearings
• 107mm pulley
• 107mm clutch
• 107mm clutch bell
• Stator
• Miscellaneous: Engine block gasket, 2x reed valve gaskets, 2x crankshaft oil seals, 2x circlips for engine mount, and 3x variator sliders
• 6x 7.5-gram rollers
• Nearly all nuts and bolts replaced with new ones
• New gear oil
• Additionally, the engine includes an original used PGO crankshaft in very good condition

Overall: A solid 50cc STD PGO engine in decent condition with many new parts.

The engine has been tested for leaks using the leak-down method and is very tight. The oil pump has been manually tested and works fine, but it is the buyer's responsibility to test it upon installation. 
The engine does not leak gear oil.

Note: This engine has some minor issues, such as two threads for the kickstart cover (one is now M7, the other is non-functional), one exhaust mount thread is a little loose but functional especially if you place and not on the ball going through there are d two missing fins on the cooling fan. These are minor issues that do not affect the engine's functionality but should be noted. See the pictures. This engine supports the use of a center stand, making it suitable for G-Max.

Note: The engine is sold without an electric starter engine, but all other electric starter parts are included.
