Newly refurbished Yamaha Axis 3WF engine 105cc

Yamaha Axis 90cc engine in very good condition, rebuilt to 105cc with adjustable ignition. The engine block and cylinder are flow optimized and the engine contain many new parts. This is a strange engine especially in renovated condition. The engine fits several scooters, including Yamaha Jog, Aprilia Sonic, VGA Digita and others.

New parts include:

• 45mm long-stroke racing crankshaft in 12Ø
• 54mm cylinder kit with new cylinder head
• Malossi 2000 Multivar 16mm
• 112mm Motorforce racing clutch
• KOSO overrange variator fan 16mm
• Euro 1 stator (adjustable, allowing ignition timing changes)
• Athena drive calls
• 2x SKF C4 crankshaft bearings
• 2x engine mount bearings
• 1x rear wheel bearing
• 1x bearing in the gear housing of the engine block
• Engine mount axle with 2x circlips
• Malossi 11-gram rollers (can be swapped dependent on exhaust choice)
• Malossi yellow pressure spring
• 21mm studs
• Miscellaneous: 2x reed valve gaskets, 2x oil seals, 2x circlips for oil pump drive wheel, 1x pin for drive wheel, 1x stator cover gasket, oil seal holder, kickstart gear, and 1 nut for crankshaft
• New gear oil
• Plenty of new bolts and nuts
• Carbon dry valve plates

All in all, a really awesome 105cc short Minarelli engine, which is extremely rare and in near-perfect condition.

This type of engine is almost never available for sale, as it originates from the 1990s and has long been discontinued.The engine has been tested for leaks using the leak-down method and is very tight. The stator is new and tested, and the engine does not leak gear oil and it runs very well.
