Retro at it's best. This is a fine 1984 Cort/Steinberger B2 bass. These headless basses were all the rage back in the 80's. Built by Cort under an exclusive license from Ned Steinberger, inventor of the headless bass. Cort also built headless basses for numerous other guitar companies such as Kramer and Hohner.

This bass is in amazing condition for a 33 year old instrument. Very well taken care of. The finish is original. It's design is a 34" scale neck through construction, the patented Steinberger double ball tuning system, and a passive P-J pickup configuration with v-v-t controls. The frets show some wear....it is 30+ years old!! The truss rod is working fine and the neck is arrow straight. The tuning system works flawlessly. The action is low and the bass sounds just amazing. Recently set up and this is a great find for the bassist who likes the retro look and sound. Comes with a hard and vintage gig bag. I have way to many basses. Time to thin the herd again.
