The Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc SE 105 Men’s 2019 Gravel Bike takes a standard Cannondale Synapse and beefs it up for gravel riding. The standard Synapse is designed for big rides on all road surfaces. It’s True Endurance Machinery; a bike that can ride at full gas for full days.

The SE version is specially equipped with bigger tires, wider rims, and lower gearing, the SE versions of these road bikes offer more comfort, more versatility and more possibilities to define “road-riding”. Where the standard Synapse can handle the cobbles of Paris Roubaix, or the gravel roads of the Strada Bianchi, the SE version makes those roads it’s home.

Where other brands have opted for complex moving dampers to add micro-suspension to road bike frames Cannondale are doing things their own way.
