Delta 121 is een rookvrij natuurhuisje om je in thuis te voelen, en natuurlijk ook met je hond. Midden in een groene oase, met alle luxe die je nodig hebt. Het is 70 m² groot, volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van alles wat je je kunt wensen. Op de begane grond bevindt zich de zithoek met smart-tv, een de eethoek, een compleet ingerichte keuken met  een ingebouwde oven-magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, een badkamer met twee wastafels en inloop-douche, en natuurlijk een toilet. Op zolder vind je een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden. Een kinder-stoeltje en -bedje zijn aanwezig. In de inpandige schuur vind je een wasmachine, een droogrek  en een wasdroger, met ruimte voor je fiets. Het interieur is warm, compleet en comfortabel.

Het huis staat in het Groenpark in Simpelveld, midden in het groen dus, met royaal veel ruimte er omheen. Je kan er zomaar een eekhoorn langs zien komen, een haas, of een fazant. En niet te vergeten de vele vogels zoals de indrukwekkende buizerd. Dit huis verdient daarom terecht het predikaat natuurhuis.

Je kan zowel voor als achter het huis genieten van een ruim terras, op het zuiden en het noorden. Twee parasols. Samen eten, kopje koffie of een borrel, naar keuze in de zon of in de schaduw. Vanuit ons park wandel of fiets je zo de natuur in, langs heuvels en velden.

Kortom, een ideale plek om helemaal tot rust te komen, nieuwe energie op te doen, of sportief en creatief bezig te zijn. Of je nu wilt schrijven, schilderen, de natuur wilt ontdekken, fietsen of wandelen of gewoon even lekker wilt ontspannen, een rit met de stoomlocomotief van de miljoenen lijn maken, of de Limburgse cultuur wilt opsnuiven. Delta 121 is a smoke-free cottage to feel at home in, and of course also in the company of your dog. In the middle of a green oasis, with all the luxury you need. It is 70 m², completely renovated and equipped with everything you could wish for.

On the ground floor is the sitting corner with smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in oven-microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. A bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower, and of course a toilet. In the attic you will find a bedroom with two single beds. A high chair and cot are available. In the indoor shed you will find a washing machine, a drying rack and a tumble dryer, with space for your bike. 

The interior is warm, complete and comfortable. The house is located in the Groenpark in Simpelveld, in the middle of the greenery, with plenty of space around it. You can easily see a squirrel, a hare or a pheasant passing by. And let's not forget the many birds such as the impressive buzzard. This house therefore rightly deserves the title of nature house.

You can enjoy a spacious terrace both in front of and behind the house, facing south and north. Two parasols. Eat together, cup of coffee or a drink, in the sun or in the shade, as desired. From our park you can walk or cycle straight into nature, along hills and fields.
