All round craftsman

Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction and remodeling tasks according to project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Construct and install concrete forms for various construction projects
- Apply plaster and perform other finishing techniques to walls and surfaces
- Lay tiles and surfaces surfaces other flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect construction sites for quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Paint, Plastering, Tiling, Painting, Plumbing, Flooring and wood work
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in plastering techniques and concrete forming
- Experience in remodeling projects, including demolition and reconstruction
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
- Skilled in tile laying and other flooring installation techniques
- Familiarity with construction inspection processes
- Proficient in construction painting techniques
