House in the country, Torsby Sweden for selling

We are going to sell our house in Torsby, Sweden. The house is located in the country but its walking and cycling distance to the centrum of Torsby. The house is surranded by forest, meadows and an own sea. It is an country house, quite simple but very cosy and the surroundings are unbearable. It is build in 1940 and there is 3 rooms, kitchen, small bathroom. At the second floor the big bedroom is outstanding with panoramawieu to the see. The plot is 7 ha. There is a forest plot with hunting rights witch must be sold separately, also 7 ha.
