Fantastic Cortijo on the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the alpujarras. With 28000m2 of land and a 140m2 building this little cottage could be your dream to come true. The location is absolutely stunning. Looking one direction into the valley towards the sea and the other direction towards the mulhacin.
The land goes up quite steep with eight terrassen up. Om the land there are three water storage places and a natural irrigation system. There are two waterfalls feeding this system. There is also one larger water storage place which is shared. There are several fruit and nut trees on the land.
The cortijo is not reachable by car. It’s is about a 20 to 30 minute walk to the first possibility to park a car. That is why the price is as low ast it is. With a road the price would be at least triple. The advantage of not having a road is that it is secluded but still not to far from Capilleria. I have bought the house at the time to restore it with the materials from the land and the forest with it. Due to other course of life and illness I can not do this project.
The paperwork is twisted. In teh land register the land is registered as 28.000m2 In the escratura the land is discribed as farmland of 10.000m2. Who’s was quite comm on back in the day. To there is 10.000m2 argiculture land and 18.000m2 forest and hill side. Within the new escratura the land will be described correctly as the land register.
