It looks as new to me, with just some tiny dust particles here and there.

Plastic body, but the optical system is real. 4 elements, decent sharpness (see for reviews). Very light and portable (32g). Unique, with versatile focal length of 36mm full frame equiv. Fixed focus and fixed aperture.
Built in lens cover (shutter) and a soft filter and a star filter. I find the soft one too much.
