This beautiful Martin 00-18 from 1961 is for sale.

The guitar comes from the first owner. She bought the guitar in the USA in 1961 at the age of 14 and brought it to Germany in 1967.
The condition is excellent. No cracks, breaks or similar. Even from the inside, the guitar looks like it was made in the 2000s and not in the 60s.
Every part is original! From the frets, the bridge inlay, the reglued bridge, the saddle, the pickguard to the tuners.

The sound is simply fantastic. It sounds exactly how you would imagine a vintage Martin to sound. Warm and with very good sustain.
The string spacing at the 12th fret is E = 4 mm and e = 3.25 mm. The string action can be corrected slightly by the bridge inlay. Despite the slightly higher string action, the guitar can be played very well even in the lower frets.
The original case is still present. However, it is a little worn and needs some repairs.

The guitars can be played in Hattingen by appointment.
