The Cactus delivers a commanding, intimate presence with larger-than-life detail that is reminiscent of the world's finest and most well-respected vintage designs. At a distance, the Castus' B7 capsule delviers every nuance in the room, with finely focused resolution and clear, musical frequency response to the extremes of the audible spectrum. Up close, with its detailed highs and smooth mid-range, the nine-pattern Cactus excels at delivering a vocal or solo track right to the front of the mic. The amplifier is a transformer-balanced single vaccuum tube sub-miniature pentode in triode mode, along with the highest quality hand-selected electronic components to insure absolute minimum noise and distortion.
