Hello, My name is Shoko Nagamachi, and I am an Amsterdam-based musician and teacher.

For the past five years, I have taught piano, music theory, and composition lessons to students of diverse ages and levels. I give classes at your home, so you don't have to travel.

I enjoy working with pupils of all ages. The study of music encourages our curiosity and creativity, allowing us to develop our own talent. I believe that everyone can make and play music.

Originally from Japan, I moved to Amsterdam to study at Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I received a Bachelor of Music in Japan and then completed a Master of Music in Composition.

Over the years, I’ve been performing in the improvisation and experimental music fields, creating new music and sound using various methods.

Plus my traveling cost.

Most beginners take a lesson of 45 minutes.
