• *Supermicro is looking for an RMA / RTV (return to vendor) Coordinator who can work closely with all related departments to expedite customer requests on a daily basis. Also need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules.

• *What are you going to do?

The main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and receiving the RTV products from customers and internal departments.
• Processing RTV products in RMA Service System.
• Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RMA parts.
• Transferring the RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Updating the inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving of RTV products.

What do we ask?

• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 1 years experience in electronics or computer industry as material handler preferred.
• Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organisation skills.
• Detail oriented and good time management.
• A good multi tasker with effective decision making.
• Independent person and also a strong team player.
• Proficient with MS office.
