This is a standard Bennett marine hydraulic trim tab rocker switch panel (often referred to as a "Bow Down" euro-style rocker switch or standard helm control).
If you are replacing this with an automated system like a Mente Marine ACS (Attitude Control System) panel, this old unit gets uninstalled, and the color-coded pump harness wires that connect to the back of this switch (typically Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow) will hook directly into the rear terminals of the new Mente Marine panel.
