[10] In absolute nieuwstaat
[9] In perfecte staat
[8] In zeer nette gebruikte staat
[7] In nette gebruikte staat <- meest aangetroffen kwaliteit
[6] In gebruikte staat
De kwaliteiten [7] en [8] hebben de gebruikssporen die je kunt verwachten van bestek van 40 tot 80 jaar oud, maar geen beschadigingen of zwarte puntjes (ijzerpokken).
Alleen kwaliteit [6] heeft duidelijke zichtbare, maar nog steeds acceptabele slijtage.
Wij verzenden naar het buitenland. Betaling buiten het SEPA-gebied via PayPal (met toeslag)
Since 2006, we have been helping people all over the world to complete their own or inherited sets of cutlery, from Canada to South-Africa, from Sweden to New-Zealand. We have a stock of more than ten thousand pieces of Gero Zilmeta, Gero Zilduro, Gero Zilvium, Gero 90, Gero Ebba, Gero 18/8, Sola Massive, Sola GZ, Sola Elite, Sola Pleet and Sola Noblesse.
We limit ourselves as much as possible to the stainless steel cutlery from the period when cutlery was still made in Zeist, up to the 1980s. Many parts were still finished and ot polished by hand at that time, making each piece of cutlery unique. Silver-plated cutlery and parts in 18/8 are by-catch.
We use a clear quality indication:
10+] Museum quality
[10] In absolute new condition
[9] In perfect condition
[8] In very neat used condition
[7] In neat used condition <- most commonly found quality
[6] In used condition
Quality [7] and [8] have the signs of use that you can expect from cutlery from 40 to 80 years old, but no damage or black spots (iron pocks).
Only quality [6] has clearly visible, but still acceptable wear.
All stainless steel knives have proven to be susceptible to stains and iron pocks, despite the statement of Gero and Sola in those days that they are dishwasher safe. That is why the prices of knives of some models are somewhat higher.
