Brutalist vintage solid oak saddle leather french wooden chair, arts & crafts

Saddle leather stitched seats of 10mm !! thick, fixed with brass nails in a slight decorative manner placed (by alternating larger and smaller ones) on a natural stained oak sturdy frame that comes together with the use of remarkable 'crossed' joints. 

The grain and texture of the wood versus the smooth saddle leather gives it a nice contrast.

Completely handcrafted: no nails and screws used.

Lovely and rustic pure chairs. 

Oozes French Alps, cabin fever, fireplace conversations, or statement pieces used to style your home.

Ready to be used immediately, will fitt in any mid century modern interior, complement any Piet Boon interior and a arts and crafts interior, or mix up with your Spanish chairs / Danish pieces.

Amazing details, texture & patina.

These chairs have a nice all over patina and have the normal usermarks due to age and time that are only making these chairs more interesting. (These are mainly only to be seen on the very thick saddle leather sling seats.) 

No cracks etc. So, in an overall very good condition!
