The products of the Christofle Vintage Collection are second hand products selected and authenticated by Christofle. They are products in good condition and restored in our workshops in Yainville (Normandy). They have been polished by our goldsmiths in order to give them back their shine while preserving the patina linked to time and use.
The products of the Christofle Vintage Collection are therefore less shiny than new products - traces of use and aging may still be visible on the products.
Although historical and antique hallmarks may remain visible on Christofle Vintage Collection products, the patina that characterizes them and makes them attractive when given a second life does not guarantee their level of silvering, which cannot be considered an essential characteristic.
