Woodcut and carborundum, 1978, signed in white crayon and numbered 112/130 by Karel Appel himself. The artwork was published by ABCD Editions.

The combination of the bright colors, color etching and carborundum techniques make this artwork a truly unique and exclusive piece. Karel Appel is one of the most important exponents of European expressionism. In 1948, he founded the Cobra movement with other well known artists like Corneille, Carl Henning Pedersen, Asger Jorn and Pierre Alechinsky.
