Kinrade porseleinen kom uit China uit de late Ming-dynastie (ca. 1550–1580), polychroom exterieur in brokaatstijl en blauw-wit interieur met een watervogels onder lotus; afmetingen B 11,7 cm × H 6 cm; in goede staat met patina op de glazuur en kleine defecten zoals een chip aan de rand.



Kinrade Porcelain Polychrome Bowl
China, Late Ming dynasty, Late Jiajing, Longqing or Early Wanli period, c. 1550–1580

A rare and finely crafted Kinrade bowl, painted with a brocade-inspired design in bright, thick polychrome enamels. The well is decorated in blue and white with a water bird among lotus. Kinrade ware was mainly exported to Japan, but also reached Portugal in the late 16th century.
