A striking and highly decorative handcrafted rattan rocking chair dating from the 1970s. This impressive lounge chair is distinguished by its elegant sculptural silhouette, generous proportions, and beautifully curved bent-rattan frame.
The high backrest and ergonomically shaped seat provide excellent comfort, while the flowing circular arm supports and finely woven construction create a timeless organic aesthetic typical of high-quality European rattan furniture from the Mid-Century and Postmodern period.
The chair is handcrafted from natural rattan with a warm honey-colored patina developed over decades of careful use. Its sculptural appearance makes it suitable both as a functional rocking chair and as an interior design statement.
The chair remains in good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description.
