OVER DE KUNSTENAAR
Het werk van Elena Paraskeva bevindt zich in institutionele en bedrijfscollecties, waaronder de Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, VS (grote installatie van 500 cm bij de ingang van de Kinderkanker Vleugel), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), en andere institutionele en bedrijfscollecties.
Een Laureaat van de Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards en vele andere topfotografie-organisaties, werd zij door vier afzonderlijke internationale fotografische organisaties uitgeroepen tot International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018).
Haar werk is tentoongesteld in het EUROPEES Parlement in Brussel, evenals op belangrijke biënnales en galeries in NYC, Parijs, Tokio, Londen, Dubai, Sao Paulo (Brazilië), Wenen, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florence, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena, enz.
In 2026 heeft MAGNUM-fotograaf Alec Soth, algemeen beschouwd als een van de meest invloedrijke levende fotografen, haar werk persoonlijk geselecteerd voor tentoonstelling in Griekenland, gehouden onder auspiciën van het Griekse Ministerie van Cultuur.
Sinds 2021 fungeert zij als jurylid voor het FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS en als jurylid bij verschillende internationale fotografieconcoursen elk jaar. Zij is ook een voormalig Adobe-instructeur en ambassadeur.
Haar foto's zijn gepubliceerd in Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (VK & Australië), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass en tal van andere internationale publicaties.
