Frame has a few scuffs and scratches on it, picture is in very good condition.
Charming vintage print of one of the best-known illustrations in children's literature. This illustration was the first depiction of Winnie-the-Pooh and Christopher Robin. It was reproduced on page xvi of Winnie-the-Pooh (Methuen, 1926) where is appeared as a full-page illustration opposite the first page of text of chapter one.
