Lithographic print of a photograph by Erwin Olaf. Created on the occasion of an art education project. Erwin Olaf was one of the five artists who participated in this project, where all artists have shown their interpretation of Van Gogh's 'De Aardappeleters'. The works have been printed on the Lithograph quick press, one of the best presses in the Netherlands. This press was later taken over by Jeroen Hermkens to print his graphic art. Erwin Olaf has been closely involved in the printing process in order to ensure that the quality meets his wishes. That has certainly succeeded; The work is fantastic of quality, in terms of printing. The total edition of this work is 18 pieces, plus a few 'Artist Proofs'. So, very rare. The work measures 56 x 42 cm.
