For sale: Sansui Q-3535 – the very first tube stereo amplifier from Sansui.
The Q-3535 itself is extremely rare, and the unit offered here features the original universal power transformer set to 240 V, making it an exceptionally rare version.
The amplifier has undergone a complete technical restoration:
• all electrolytic capacitors (Fischer & Tausch, Vishay, Nippon Chemicon) have been replaced,
• film capacitors upgraded to MKP 1845,
• precision metal film resistors (Vishay, RoyalOhm) matched to 0.01% tolerance installed,
• volume potentiometers replaced,
• new high-quality power wiring with ground connection added for safety,
• speaker and RCA connectors replaced,
• almost all internal wiring replaced with high-quality wires.
Currently the amplifier is wired for 8-ohm speakers, but this can be easily adjusted on request (4, 8, 16, and 32 Ω taps are available).
The unit is in perfect working condition and sounds absolutely stunning.
• It can be tested and picked up in person in Warsaw.
• A video demonstration is also possible.
