Bresser is a major player in the development of high-quality LED lamps for the photo and video studio. These new developments are continuously applied in their models, resulting in the use of new LED-SDM chips with a CRI of ≥ 95% in the new LR Series. The Bresser LR-2000 is excellent for use in portrait and product photography as well as in video productions. The color temperature of 5600K can be compared to daylight. With the diffuse filter, floodlight effect can be applied at a short distance. Thanks to the included 4-valve attachment and the unique detachable grid, the light can be bundled and directed as needed.

Furthermore, the Bresser LR lamp stands out for its large (200W) and even light output over the entire range, which is dimmable from 10% to 100% (digital display) with a handy dimming button on the back or the optional remote control (which can control a total of up to nine lamps). On the back there is both an AC connection and a 24V three-point connection with which you can connect the lamp to a battery if necessary. With the sturdy aluminum bracket which is equipped with a "ball head", the lamp is very easy to maneuver into the right position.

Many suppliers assume that the standard value is that 1 Watt power consumption of an LED lamp can be compared with 5 Watt of a fluorescent lamp and with 25 Watt of a halogen lamp. You understand that this is very relative and depends on the quality and type of LED technology used. The light distribution of a halogen lamp is also different from that of LED, and it turns out that these standard values are usually too ambitious. That is why we use a more realistic rule of thumb, namely: 1WBresser LED is equal to 16W Halogen. A 38 Watt LED lamp is therefore comparable to a 600 Watt halogen lamp (measured at a distance of 1 meter).
