Clear and refined highs (thanks to the textile dome), beautiful vocals with excellent imaging and spaciousness. The sound detaches beautifully from the speakers. The low end definitely surprised me!
The binding posts are of heavy quality and are suitable for banana plugs.

About the Brand
Studio De Schop was a design studio that at some point began building loudspeakers, and with great success!

From the designer's website: "In 1983, I designed my first loudspeaker, 'the Top'. Slender, contemporary, and available in all colors, this speaker was highly regarded by HiFi and High-end dealers. This speaker appealed to a new buyer demographic: women. Color and shape resonated with this group, but the sound pleased them as well. The manufacturing was initially handled by a prominent furniture factory, but it soon became clear that opening our own factory was necessary. More models followed quickly. The Climax, the Studio, the ML.1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 became the bestsellers. The reviews in HiFi magazines didn't lie: 6 out of 11 models were rated 'best in test' in the Netherlands and England."
