Informatie tip: De Platenwasmethode   

( de allerbeste methode om LPs zo efficient en effectief mogelijk en zonder overblijvende vloeistof en statische elektriciteit te wassen )

De allerbeste platenwasmethode is de combinatie met de knosti hand platenwasser, QS platenwasvloeistof, en een boormachine die langzaam op toeren komt en langzaam afremt om de overgebleven vloeistof uit de LP te slingeren. 

Het is zelfs beter, reinigt dieper en werkt ook sneller dan met een platenwasser, zoals de duurste van CLEARAUDIO, of de LORICRAFT die groef voor groef reinigt, of de OKKI NOKKI platenwasser met vloeistof zuigermond. Dit is getest door een testteam die al die platenwassers in bezit heeft om de platenwas vloeistof te optimaliseren en heeft al deze verschillende methodes uitgebreid en langdurig met elkaar vergeleken. 

Deze methode via

. met QS audio vloeistof

. en het eruit slingeren van de vloeistof met de boormachine

IS.....:

• de meest grondige. ( diepreinigend over de hele plaat ineens ) 
• de meest snelle gebleken. ( aan beide zijden tegelijk ) 
• Het laat ook geen statische electriciteit oplading achter. ( wat een zuigermond wel doet! )
• Heeft de meest droge resultaten na het wassen.
• Is heel zuinig. ( Voordat je de LP centrifugeert laat je de vloeistof terug in de wasbakken lopen, en de vloeistof in de was bakken doe je sterk gefilterd terug in de opslagfles )

PS (1) Alleen wassen met een ultrasoonreiniger kan in sommige gevallen, zeker niet alle, toch nog betere resultaten opleveren! maar dat geldt alleen voor extreem smerige LP's die je sowieso met bovenstaande wasmethode moet voorwassen. Maar lukt het losweken van bepaalde vervuilingen niet dan kan de ultrasoon machine uitkomst bieden. Deze wasmethode duurt wel veel langer uiteraard, 30 minuten per wasgang, en de vloeistof eraf krijgen kan weer met de knosti houder en de boormachine, door de vloeistof eruit te slingeren. In de meeste ultrasooon reinigers werkt de QS vloeistof ook het beste.

QS vinyl cleaner

This record cleaning fluid made for use in all types of record cleaning machines currently on the market is only suitable for vinyl records (Important do not use with old 78 RPM shellac records as the liquid may do irreparable damage). Now what is so special about the QS-TONAR vinyl cleaner compared to similar looking competing products on the market?

QS-TONAR liquid has an extremely low surface tension

• Only because of this reason QS-TONAR liquid can penetrate right to the bottom of the grove where other fluids seem to penetrate, but actually just stay lying on top of the record surface.

• Only QS-TONAR liquid cleaner soaks the dust, dirt, air pollution as well as residue from previously used cleaners, fatty deposits remaining from the original record pressing process, even fungi and molds caused by records having been stored in humid conditions etc.

• QS-TONAR liquid detaches all of the mentioned dirt from the walls of the grove after which the brushes in the machine can easily wipe the groove completely clean. The amount of residue remaining in the grove is negligible – this contrary to almost all other liquids currently on the market.

• QS-TONAR liquid is much more volatile than other liquids reducing the drying time of the record to a minimum.

• QS-TONAR liquid has another property causing the dirt to remain floating in the liquid rather than settling back at the bottom of the grove.
