Vintage Bang & Olufsen Beomaster 2400 Integrated Stereo This is a full on Danish statement of style. The Beomaster line of Bang & Olufsen audio products is coveted by audio pros, worldwide. This is the model 2400, which was introduced in 1977; it was absolutely futuristic then and is still super stylish now. The cabinet is beautiful teak and chrome. It introduced touch sensitive operation. These controls are a joy to use, and if you want to talk about great operating feel, the large tuning wheel is just perfect. The unit has four presets for stations and then number five is variable. There’s a Stereo indicator lamp and AFC, additionally there are three Preset Volume levels, a Loudness switch, Balance control, Bass and Treble Equalization, a Standby Switch, plus a Headphone Jack. It offers an exceptionally clean 30-watts per channel, at 4 Ω, with a maximum of .2% THD, and is switchable between an “A” and “B” set of speakers. There are Tape and Phono inputs to go with the tuner. These inputs are DIN and there are special speaker connectors of which two will NOT be included with the unit, for the Tape input will be there. The remote control is not included. All inputs and outputs have been tested and the controls are smooth and quiet
