This is a complete used kit, as shown in pictures, kit is in good working order.

W CAR J-38118 is a turnbuckle Style Tool used to perform a Rear wheel toe adjustment on the 1990 W-Car.
Adjustment are made by rotating the turnbuckle in the desired direction.
J38118 will adjust both Sides by switching the Tool from one Rear lateral link to the other.
