De parkeerplaats ligt aan de Schiedamseweg onder de supermarkt Jumbo tegenover de McDonald’s. In en uitrijden, alsmede in en uitlopen doe je via Rosenveldstraat 11, maar kan ook via de trap en de linker deur naast de Jumbo aan de Schiedamseweg zijde (zie foto’s)
Binnen een straal van 10 meter vanaf de inloop deur bevinden zich het metrostation Delfshaven, alsmede tramlijn 8.

Op deze parkeerplaatsen bevinden zich gecertificeerde grondankers voor motoren.

Er zijn geen elektriciteit- of wateraansluitingen aanwezig in de gehele parkeergarage.

Bij een motorparkeerplaats krijgt u een toegangssleutel van de parkeergarage die op zowel de entree Rosenveldtstraat als Schiedamseweg past.

- Huursom Motor parkeerplaats is € 80,00 per maand inclusief alle kosten
- Borg is € 150,-. Deze ontvangt u bij beëindiging en correcte inlevering retour.
- Huurtermijn is minimaal 6 maanden, daarna maandelijks opzegbaar.

The parking lot is located on the Schiedamseweg under the supermarket Jumbo opposite McDonald's. You can enter and exit, as well as enter and exit via Rosenveldstraat 11, but you can also enter and exit via the stairs and the left door next to the Jumbo on the Schiedamseweg side (see photos)
Within a radius of 10 meters from the entrance door are the metro station Delfshaven, as well as tram line 8.

There are certified ground anchors for motorcycles in these parking spaces.

There are no electricity or water connections in the entire parking garage.

With a motorcycle parking space you will receive an access key to the parking garage that fits both the entrance Rosenveldtstraat and Schiedamseweg.

- Rent Motor parking space is € 80.00 per month including all costs
- Deposit is € 150.00. You will receive this back upon termination and correct return.
- Rental period is at least 6 months, then cancellable monthly.
