We are an independent team and all work related to engine disassembly, dismantling, machining, full cleaning and engine assembly are performed by a team of Our Specialists in Our Company.

ENGINE OVERHAUL INCLUDES, AMONG OTHERS:

1. engine block checked for tightness, restoration of coaxiality and dimensions of the crankshaft bed, planning of the block plane.

2. crankshaft checked for alignment, microcracks. Original BMW NOMINAL crankshaft!!!

3. full head regeneration, tightness check, plane planning, valve guides replaced, new valve seals installed, valve machining.

4. new main bearings
5. new connecting rod bearings
6. piston replacement
7. installation of new piston rings
8. replacement of connecting rods
9. NEW CYLINDER LINERS installed!

10. New head gasket
11. New valve cover gasket
12. New front and rear crankshaft seals
13. Installation of New Original Timing with a set of new original gears

The engine accessories that will be suitable for conversion will be properly cleaned and prepared for assembly in our new engine.

We always assemble clean engine accessories and clean the engine compartment before assembling a new engine!!!

The costs of the Engine Assembly Service are set individually depending on the vehicle model and engine code. We provide a 12-month warranty on our service without a mileage limit in the case of assembly in our company.

The price given is for the engine after a major overhaul on the Nominal Original crankshaft when returning the old damaged engine with an undamaged block.

We have our own Roadside Assistance. We can tow your damaged vehicle to our Service.
