I have a exhaust valve for various trucks for sale.
It is made of 2mm stainless steel, the flap inside made of 5mm RVS. Everything is TIG welded and so completely rust-free. This is an optimized design. The exhaust stream is not bent at the usual 90-degree angle, but rather redirected for a optimized flow, so you get also a better sound. At the same time, the top is rounded, so the Valve is nearly invisible when its mounted.
The dimensions can be found in Picture 7. It fits in any manifolds with a diameter of 114mm to 127mm.
Included is a 24V solenoid valve, the matching air cylinder with an actuating piece made of 10mm RVS and 5 meters of air line.
The last two images are only for examples how the valve can be installed.
Shipping from Germany is no problem.
