Unique Mercedes Benz 230SL Pagoda (W113).
This car was delivered new on February 25, 1967 in Mesa (Arizona USA) and demonstrably comes from the first owner. Absolutely unique!!
With its beautiful body, powerful six-cylinder engine and excellent finish as only Mercedes can, this Pagoda is one of the “Timeless Classics” and an icon for the true enthusiast.
The car is extremely well documented and even has its original stamped service booklet, original data card, all instruction booklets and so on! Always perfectly maintained by the same Mercedes specialist and never restored. The bodywork is beautiful, original and has good fits. Furthermore, maintenance history on the car can also be read in documented invoices.
This Mercedes is finished in a very special original color scheme, 'GrauBeige 716 Farbe' with a matching soft-top and hard-top. The very well matching green interior and green carpet, still completely original and with a beautiful patina, has perfectly withstood the test of time. This truly fantastic paint color has only rarely been supplied from the factory and is therefore popular and exclusive.
The Pagode has its original and therefore 'Matching Numbers' engine and manual 4-speed gearbox, demonstrable by means of the original 'Datenkarte'.
This special Classic is in a good and drivable condition, has actually a low Milage, has been carefully stored for many/many years and has withstood the test of time. Absolutely unique, because where can you find an original, untouched Pagoda from the first owner?!
