Peugeot 404 in een prachtige gerestaureerde staat, ontworpen en gebouwd door Pininfarina. Een van de laatste geproduceerd in 1968 en voor het eerst op kenteken gezet in 1970. De auto is tijdens de restauratie geheel uit elkaar is geweest. Ook de carrosserie is volledig gedemonteerd geweest waarbij deze geheel roestvrij is gemaakt, strak gemaakt, en daarna gespoten in de originele kleur “Blue Ciel”. Dit hemelsblauw staat de Peugeot erg goed en geeft de auto een echte sixties allure. Ook technisch is de Peugeot gereviseerd zoals: gereviseerde motor, een gereviseerd remsysteem, vernieuwd brandstofsysteem, vernieuwd koelsysteem, gereviseerd elektrisch systeem, nieuwe koppeling etc. etc.

De Peugeot heeft alle nodige aandacht gehad om de auto ook optisch in een zo origineel en zo mooi mogelijke staat te krijgen. De auto heeft heel mooi chroom zoals o.a.: nieuwe bumpers, nieuwe sierlijsten, nieuwe grille, nieuwe koplampringen, nieuwe “Marchal” koplampen. Verder is het interieur voorzien van nieuw leer en is er een nieuwe zwarte mohair softtop gemonteerd. Om het geheel af te maken zijn de velgen opnieuw zwart gepoedercoat en zijn er 5 nieuwe Michelin 165R15 XZX banden gemonteerd.

Peugeot 404 cabriolet in beautifully restored condition. Beautifully designed and built by Pininfarina. One of the last produced in 1968 with first registration in 1970. The car was completely disassembled during restoration. Thereby the body was made completely rust free, straightened and then painted in the original colour "Blue Ciel". This light blue suits the Peugeot very well and gives the car a real sixties allure. Technically, the Peugeot has also been overhauled such as: overhauled engine, an overhauled brake system, overhauled fuel system, renewed cooling system, overhauled electrical system, new clutch etc. etc.

Optically, the car has also had the necessary attention to get the Peugeot in as original and as beautiful a condition as possible. The car has very nice chrome such as: new bumpers, new trims, new grille, new headlight rings, new "Marchal" headlights. Furthermore, the interior has been fitted with new leather and a new black mohair soft top. To finish it completely, the rims have been re-powder-coated black and 5 new Michelin 165R15 XZX tyres have been fitted.
