Review: Before this book came into the store, I'd never heard of this "famous" place, but thankfully it still caught my eye. "Traditional" is an apt term for the recipes herein - classic, hearty, and reliable. Usually I'm not a fan of cookbooks with a conspicuous absence of photos, but in this case I don't miss them - the book is such a utilitarian powerhouse!
