Hi, You and I have something in common: we are obsessed with food. And we're not alone - there's a whole world of people out there who live, breathe, and sleep food. I traveled just about everywhere taking photos and interviewing the most interesting and creative ones, some of what I found; a Chinese restaurant inside of another Chinese restaurant in San Francisco, a café in Melbourne where you can get a Kauckle sandwich and a shave with a straight razor, a napolitan pizza maker in Tokyo and an inn with no innkeeper in Valdobbiadene where you eat what you want and leave your euro's in a piggy bank. Everyone in the book gave me recipes and there are lots of interview and illustrations.
