With the perfect edit of mid-week meals, dishes to impress, and must-know meals for every home cook, there are plenty of the delicious Greek dishes with a twist that George is know for (tarama chicken sandwich, anyone?), alongside favourites from his restaurants (including a new take on that ancient grain salad). And then there’s the food he cooks at home with his family (like the osso bucco he made for Nigella) and recipes passed on from some of George’s fellow foodies (Nigella included).
The recipes are graded for difficulty and time, from SUPER EASY, to a little bit of EXTRA LOVE (a few more steps, ingredients or time involved, but nothing crazy), to the recipes George DARES YOU to try, which incorporate higher end restaurant techniques. Alternative instructions are provided for these, in case you don’t want to go the whole way.
