Dutch in progress is a beginners' method for Dutch for highly educated non-native speakers. The student quickly learns to communicate in Dutch and to understand the essence of texts. In this communicative total method, the emphasis is on language use in the daily lives of highly educated students or working adults. Dutch in progress brings the student to level A2 of the European Reference Framework (CEFR).
In eighteen chapters, the beginning student learns the basics of Dutch in a varied way. All language skills are trained: speaking, listening, reading and writing are discussed extensively. The lifelike dialogues are based on everyday situations, the image and sound fragments are contemporary.
