Review: Wow.. dont know if i can thoroughly explain how i feel about this book. For a long time on and off i have struggled with disordered eating, not knowing why it comes up, i felt hopeless that i was going to suffer it a lifetime. This book is a very beautiful book looking at disordered eating from a very different lens. I always avoided buying books about disordered eating since it would make me think about food more frequently. But i feel like im able to understand why i turn to food, how it maintains my focus on food, what area of my life im avoiding to change etc. This book is amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE AUTHOR❤️❤️❤️ im also a therapist and will sure recommend this to my clients.
Review: I was quite skeptical about reading this book, but even after the first chapter,was so glad that I chose to order it. The use of myths and storytelling,gets the point across extremely well in each chapter and makes your disordered eating much more easy to understand by enabling you to understand your motives,and how it is possible to address them. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone suffering from any type of eating disorder.
Review: This is not just a book for people with eating disorders, it is a must read for all women who want to reclaim their feminine from patriarcal society. Beautifully written.
