Toshio Saeki (1945 – November 21, 2019) was a Japanese illustrator and painter, known for his erotic works. Toshio Saeki was interested in Western art. Saeki's works often depict sexuality and brutality in a very explicit way, combining traditional Shunga and Yōkai styles with elements of Western art. He is regarded as one of the most important figues of the modern Ero Guro art movement.
