Duurzaam en Comfortabel Wonen

Ik heb drie jaar met veel plezier in dit huis gewoond en bied je graag de kans om deze unieke leefervaring op te doen.

Duurzaam & Circulair
Dit tiny house, gebouwd in 2021, is volledig duurzaam met bio-based en hergebruikte materialen. De schil van cortenstaal garandeert een lange levensduur en minimaal onderhoud. De Kingspan-isolatie houdt het huis comfortabel warm en droog zonder kostbare ruimte te verliezen. Elektrische vloerverwarming en infraroodpanelen zorgen voor een efficiënte, CO₂-neutrale verwarming. Het dak biedt mogelijkheden voor zonnepanelen of een sedumdak.

Licht, Ruimte en Comfort
Dankzij hoge ramen en brede openslaande deuren geniet je van veel daglicht. De muren, afgewerkt met leem, creëren een prettig leefklimaat met constante temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid.
Het huis is ingericht voor twee personen:

• Slaapkamer: Tweepersoonsbed met veel hoofdruimte en openslaande ramen, zonder trappetje.
• Keuken: Compleet met wasmachine, vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat en oven/magnetron.
• Badkamer: Ruim, met ligbad en 80L boiler.
• Woonkamer: Comfortabele slaapbank.

Omdat dit tiny containerhuis met zorg zelf is gebouwd, is er aan elk detail aandacht besteed. De gebruikte materialen zijn van hoge kwaliteit en hebben allemaal een uniek verhaal. Zo komt de eikenhoutenvloer uit het voormalige hoofdkantoor van Shell en is het badmeubel gemaakt van een keramieken waskom die ik liftend uit Marokko heb meegenomen.

• Aansluitingen: Vereist water, riool en elektra. Off-grid opties zijn mogelijk met aanpassingen.
• Transport: Vrachtwagenvervoer met kraan (vanaf €365,- kosten v/d koper).

Staplaats

• Staplaats: Zonder vaste standplaats; zelf te regelen.
• Vergunning: Afhankelijk van lokale regelgeving.

Are you interested in living in a tiny house? Or are you looking for temporary accommodation during a renovation or for a caregiving period on your own location? My tiny house is now available for €45,000 (purchase) or from €299/month (rent).  I have lived in this house with great joy for three years and would love to offer you the chance to experience this unique way of living.

Sustainable & Circular
Built in 2021, this tiny house is fully sustainable, using bio-based and reclaimed materials. The corten steel exterior ensures durability and minimal maintenance. Kingspan insulation keeps the house warm and dry without wasting space. Electric underfloor heating and infrared panels provide efficient, CO₂-neutral heating. The roof offers options for solar panels or a green sedum roof.

Light, Space, and Comfort
Thanks to the large windows and wide French doors, the house is filled with natural light. The walls, finished with clay, create a comfortable indoor climate with stable temperature and humidity. The house is designed for two people:

• Bedroom: Double bed with ample headroom and French windows, no ladder needed.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven/microwave.
• Bathroom: Spacious, with a bathtub and an 80L boiler.
• Living Room: Comfortable sofa bed.

Because this tiny container house was carefully self-built, every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The materials are high quality and each tells a story. For instance, the oak flooring comes from the former Shell headquarters, and the bathroom vanity was crafted from a ceramic basin I brought back hitchhiking from Morocco.
