Description:
STILL SEALED with the original Dutch retailer seal intact ("Caminada Radio N.V.") — never opened, never played.
Beethoven's Triple Concerto for Piano, Violin, Cello and Orchestra in C major, Op. 56. Géza Anda (piano), Wolfgang Schneiderhan (violin), Pierre Fournier (cello), with the Radio-Symphonie-Orchester Berlin conducted by Ferenc Fricsay. Deutsche Grammophon, cat. LPEM 19236, mono, made in Germany.
A genuinely all-star line-up for one of Beethoven's least-often-recorded major works — Anda, Schneiderhan and Fournier were each among the foremost soloists of their instrument at the time, and this reading won the Grand Prix du Disque in Paris.
Original sleeve with detailed liner notes in German, English and French.
Sealed, unplayed — condition as new for its age. See photos.
