Everything works great, it was an office computer for a brief period of time before it was simply stored and not used, thus it does not have significant wear and tear. All parts work. I have also cleaned the insides from dust and checked that all parts are intact.
One issue is that CMOS Battery (with 2 pin connection) is dead, thus every time the PC restarts settings such as time are restarted, but that does not affect the working of the computer itself. Also sometimes it takes multiple times until it makes a connection through HDMI to the monitor when booting up (Likely a CMOS Battery issue).
Also in case you would have access to such a battery it is easy to change and if not it costs around 5-10 euros (I did not want to change it myself as for options I found shipping time was quite long).
SSD is 240 GB, but actual storage on the computer is 163 GB, the computer was hard reset and is ready to use.
