My name is Junhyung An (a.k.a, Juna), a guitarist, composer, researcher, educator. 

I've been actively performing in Europe and South Korea area with a number of projects that are from widely different concepts.

Simultaneously, I have been teaching guitar students with various needs and interests. For more than a decade of time, I've been leading private class where I joyfully help students to accomplish their long/short term learning goals.

I'd like to address my specialties in technique coaching, improvisation, practicing method guidance, clinical problem solving.

I am very much enjoying to help students who have specific difficulties with optimal method through realistic amount of time. On the other hand, if you are about to start from scratch completely as a beginner, you are very welcome as well.

- Degree: Bachelor/Master of Jazz guitar performance and Music education degree from Rotterdam conservatory, Currently working as Doctoral (PhD) researcher in music (!)

- Currently giving lectures/lessons at Delft TU X and Leiden University (LAK)

- Experience of guiding students to get accepted at several music conservatories (e.g Codarts-Rotterdam conservatory, HKU-Utrecht conservatory)

- Music style : Jazz, Pop, Rock, Math rock, Finger style, Funk, Fusion, etc... (Pretty much most of genres that guitar can take a place, except Flamenco perhaps)

- Other than instruments lesson, Lessons in Music theory, Harmony, Composition available


Price Range: 

- € 55,- per hour
- Trial lesson fee (first time only) : € 25,-
- For the students under the age of 21, BTW is not going to be charged
