Looking for a working line Border Collie

I’m looking for a Border Collie with the following traits:
• Purebred (no mix), working line
• Healthy
• Ideally between 1 and 3 years old
• Good with other dogs
• Not reactive – no lunging or excessive barking
• Good with children of all ages
• Ideally good with cats, but this isn’t essential
• Slight preference for a dog that’s already neutered, but not required

I know this might be like looking for a needle in a haystack, but it’s worth a try!
