It is with a heavy heart that we are looking for a new home for our beloved female dog, who will soon be 5 years old. She is an incredibly loving and loyal dog who forms strong bonds with those she considers her family.

She is not spayed, but she must NOT be used for breeding, as she has weak knees. This is nothing you will feel in her day to day life, we just had her checked at the vet who informed us. She should therefore only live as a family dog.

She does not thrive around small children, as she becomes insecure and withdraws when there are babies or young kids around. For that reason, she would do best in a calm, adult home without small children.

Otherwise, she is healthy and well, fully vaccinated, and has her teeth checked every year. She is a happy, affectionate dog who loves cuddles and closeness.

The most important thing for us is to find a home where she will be spoiled with lots of love and a sense of security – ideally with someone who is home a lot, perhaps working from home. She needs a stable and peaceful environment, daily walks, and an owner who can give her the time and calm she needs to feel safe.

She can be a bit insecure in new situations, especially when meeting other dogs, sudden noises, or quick movements, so she needs a calm and patient owner who can help her feel comfortable and safe.
