aquarium 240L with fishes stand and all equipment

We have had this aquarium for quite a few years, and we love having it, but we have a baby now and it's too much effort to take care of the fish properly. I'd like to see it go to somebody who knows (or at least willing to learn) how to take care of it and has the time to do it.

To be clear: it comes with the fish, and I'd like them to stay alive. That's sort of the point of parting from it in the first place.

The fish are healthy right now. The tank comes with a white stand that has plenty of space to store everything, an Eheim 250 filter, some spare filter material, cleaning equipment, decoration, led lighting and a custom made aluminum(?) top.

When we moved here, an aquarium specialist moved it for us for around €80. I can arrange the same service if needed. I'd be asking for €100 for all the equipment, but it is more important that it goes to a good place.
